About

Real Estate has been my career for the past 33 years.  Prior to real estate, I spent the past 7 years as a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Corps Officer, attaining the rank of Lieutenant.  Following NOAA, I used my Oceanography Degree and worked at the National Marine Fisheries Service Lab in Freeman. This background provided me with a true appreciation of the Puget Sound and all of its beautiful surroundings.

My team consists of myself and my wife Martha Ellis, a former educator, who has 23 years of experience as a real estate broker.

My 33 years of experience assures my clients that their transactions will be handled with the professionalism and knowledge necessary to anticipate any pitfalls before they become problems.  This is invaluable to anyone buying or selling real estate.  I have been a consistent top producer and have weathered all types of real estate markets.  I know that hard work provides success in any type of economy.

Finally, my proudest achievement as a Broker is being a two-time recipient of the "Horizon Award," an award voted upon by my peers, acknowledging the Broker they considered to be the most ethical.  The question was posed:  "Who would you want to represent your parents in a real estate transaction?"  I feel honored to have twice received this prestigious award.

33 years of experience at no extra cost to you!  Please contact me for any of your real estate needs.
